About Chris
Born and raised in the Midwest, Chris Stout brings more than 15 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction to Naples, Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Management, Chris has spent his career building exceptional custom homes.
Since 2008, Chris has specialized in his approach that is personal and collaborative — every client works directly with Chris throughout the entire process, from design to completion. That direct connection ensures every detail is handled with care, and every decision reflects the homeowner’s goals.
With deep roots in Naples through his wife — a Naples native who grew up around custom homebuilding herself — Chris understands the area’s unique character and the importance of creating homes that feel both timeless and true to their setting.
Chris and his wife live in Naples with their four boys — Luke, Jake, Owen, and Zack — in one of their own custom-built homes. His work is guided by the same values that shape his family life: honesty, hard work, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way.
